Bueno en general

No había mucho personal para atendernos, el lugar está bonito y tiene buena hubicacion, pero no nos ayudaron con las maletas, el servicio de restaurante estaba disponible hasta las 5pm y habia trabajadores haciendo reparaciones desde temprano.

En general las instalaciones bien, solo me decepcionó la limpieza del sanitario y las condiciones de los blancos que colocan en las habitaciones, toallas de baño y sábanas, así como toallas de alberca muy deteriodadas con hoyos.

El estilo rustico es bonito. La atención en recepción mala,con trabajos contestan,mal encaradaS,la habitación sucia,con muchas hormigas y cucarachas...y me mandaron a la gallera..escondida en sotano que x q habitaciones de expedia ahi van,jaja me senti como sirvienta que llevan a un motel asi tal cual....peron pero no regresaria.

Bueno: Agua de piscina calientita. Dormí como bebé, muy buena base de colchón. Masaje en mi habitación. Malo: Pésima señal wifi, mala señal de cable. Albañiles trabajando viernes en la tarde. El hotel no está mal... pero si le falta subir su estándar en limpieza... La alberca esta HELADA y el restaurante... PÉSIMO!!, pedimos hot cakes y dentro del bote de miel maple había una pequeña cucaracha... :(

Refiere que tiene en todo el hotel wi fi el fail te dan claves y todo pero nunca se pudo conectar a la señal, aunque hablas a recepcion no lo solucionan, no pudimos nadar pues nunca respetaron los horarios ni días para nadar, se me hizo un servicio demasiado caro, rentamos una habitación con cocineta y ni utensilios de cocina te dan, ni lo mínimo indispensable para cocinar, en general el lugar es bonito pero deja mucho q desear
