Siempre es un lugar perfecto por su ubicación. Esperamos vuelva el servicio de desayuno pero hay mucha oferta cercana para elegir. Gran ventaja tener estacionamiento seguro a unos metros.

Bonito lugar con algunos detalles para mejorar.

El sofá cama exageradamente incómodo. Mala noche para quien durmió en él. Muy escasos en los insumos: Una sola pieza de jaboncito pequeñito para manos y regadera y para 3 huéspedes. 2 aguas, 2 toallas. No ponen atención en poner 3 artículos, hay que estarles pidiendo. No hay ganchos para colgar la ropa en el clóset que sí tiene para colgar. Pero tuvimos que extender la ropa en las sillas arrugándose. Y dijeron que ellos no ponen ganchos nunca. El retrete estaba con restos de popó así que seguramente no estaba sanitizado como dijeron. La regadera súper limpia. Tienen bastantes mesas y sillas en una bonita terraza y jardín y podrían ofrecer alimentos, seria muy cómodo. El lugar bonito en general pero deben ponerse las pilas en estos detalles. Y ojalá hicieran convenio con los estacionamientos cercanos porque son carísimos. Me costó casi $300 parte de la tarde y noche de estacionamiento.

Es un lugar muy lindo, limpio y bien ubicado. Pésima atención de la encargada de recepción de la mañana, nos gritó, no nos permitió explicar y luego nos ignoró al tratar de aclarar una cuestión del estacionamiento, lo cual también es poco claro. El jóven de recepción de la noche totalmente distinto, amable, buscando soución y accesible. La mujer del día TERRIBLE, actitud totalmente agresiva, alguien así opaca la calidad del hotel y el tiempo de disfrute y descanso que busca uno. La puerta tenía sólo una persiana que dejeba entrar la luz de afuera y ver de afuera hacia adentro. Nada de privacidad

Lovely overnight in Queretaro

Spent a lovely night at Hotel Quinta Lucca on our way to do some business in San Miguel de Allende. The room was spotless, the hotel staff did not speak English but we were able to get past that and they were very helpful will holding our luggage for us before we left in the afternoon. The location is in the Centro and we had a lovely time walking around and getting this small snippet of the city. The hotel is charming and has lots of nice artwork and foliage. We didn't eat the breakfast but it looked nice.

Es muy cómodo y limpio. La encargada del restaurante nos recibió de mala gana y nos dio un trato descortés delante de los demás comensales. Además, nos negó el servicio de desayuno argumentando que no estaba incluido, a pesar de que se lo precisamos y a que al registrarnos, el encargado de la recepción nos confirmó que ese servicio estaba considerado en el costo de la reservación (dejamos el café que nos habíamos servido). Definitivamente no volveremos a hospedarnos en este hotel. Ojalá y el dueño corrija la atención que esta empleada nos brindó, a fin de que asegure la atención que es debida, para que no le pase lo mismo a otros huéspedes.
