Enjoyed our stay at Casa Mateo. Rooms were clean, staff was attentive, in a very walkable location, and staff was more than happy to arrange any transportation we needed. I would stay here again.

The place is great and the location is unmatched, but if you are staying in one of the rooms that have a window to the church you will wake up at 7am at the latest everyday.

There is no Hotel at the address that was provided to me on the email with the confirmation number, and the money was taking out of my account, so disappointed with the website offering something that does not exist!!

The stay was great but there are some details that I would like to mention, the first one, I does not have facilities handicap friendly, I mean if you have a wheelchair there are no ramps. The other detail is that at least in room 4 the odor of the restroom is awful, because of the sewer system

Nunca salió agua caliente en la regadera. La llave de la tina estaba rota. El papel higienico se cae porque el accesorio que lo sostiene está roto. La cafetera tenia el filtro lleno de café con moho. Una toalla estaba medio rota. No nos quisieron dar el password del Wi-Fi la habitación estaba muy obscura
