Location Location Location! Private pool! This is a private gated community of 4 houses located exactly between Manuel Antonio national park and the town of Quepos. It is 3-4 minutes to either. It is on top of a nice sized hill and there are several ocean views on the property. There is a public bus stop across the street that can bring you to the Manuel Antonio national park and beach cheaply if you don't want to drive, and there are tons of coffee houses and restaurants within walking distance!

The Best!!!

Truly the best VRBO we have stayed in. The space was clean and the complex is just so quaint, plus it is in the perfect location for visiting Manuel Antonio. The beds were very comfortable!

Great house/condo in Quepos

Very clean, comfortable, and nice accommodation. Our gps made finding it initially need a second try, but the host was very helpful! The complex has a beautiful pool with perfect sunset views.

Amazing property

This was an amazing property for our family. We loved the small and large pools, the front porch, and the a/c after a hot day in Manuel Antonio. The property was squeaky clean and the host was very responsive and helpful.

Pura Vida!

It was the absolutely the perfect place to land our family for our Costa Rican adventure. Amazing location and the house had everything we needed. It was close to Manuel Antonio, souvenir shops, delicious restaurants and the grocery store. Everyone we met on property were so nice and truly so thoughtful. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again next time we come to Manuel Antonio!

Great villa in Manuel Antonio

The villa was perfect for us. Private with access to a sweet small pool and a share pool as well, close to the parque and easy walking to restaurants and amenities. The villa itself was tico, very comfortable and had everything we needed for relaxing and hanging out. Fabian was a perfect concierge, responsive and friendly. Would stay here again!

It was a great location for a small family! We were able to walk to the grocery and grill outdoors. The pool was a big hit with the kids, especially the small side pool where I could watch the kids play from the kitchen. Very centrally located to everything if you have a car. Parking was no problem! We had a great experience!

Great place, very well equipped and the location is close to the beach and many restaurants, the facilities are very secure with beautiful landscaping, the private pool is a great feature because my daughter could be at the pool while we were cooking at the kitchen or the grill. Special thanks to the security guy “Martin” he was very helpful.

Perfect for a Family

Fabian was great and very quick to respond to any questions/request. He also recommended a wonderful restaurant and made us reservations. The place was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you need. There's also a grocery store within walking distance. Loved the private pool and the main pool had a great sunset view. Bird watching was good from the main pool area, too. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. We had a lovely private pool, just outside of our house. In addition, there was another larger pool which was shared by all guests of the property. The grounds were lovely with beautiful flowers and plants, which provided privacy between the houses on the grounds. The house was decorated nicely and very clean. Overall a very good experience.

Beautiful and Safe

The staff communicated with us very well. We had Jose and he was amazing in getting us into the house and for providing any help with questions about nearby activities. The complex is enclosed with a gate so you feel very secure. I would say the only thing we had issues with was the main bed was a little uncomfortable but overall everything was great!

Outstanding Better than Advertised

First, there is a beautiful ocean view from the living room. This was not exactly clear from the pictures or from the description. Secondly, the private pool is amazing. It is quiet and it is safe and everything is just beautiful. I didn't want to leave.

Great area

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The location of this property is great, it’s close to Manuel Antonio National Park (which I highly recommend you visit, tons of amazing wildlife and nice beaches), there’s a grocery store right around the corner and many restaurants within walking distance. The villa was very clean and spacious, it also had utensils and pots and pans. The private pool was a nice feature, the only negative part about it was there were bats in the eve right next to the pool. The main pool was nice and the view was great. You can also see the ocean from the villa.

We really enjoyed our month long stay at the property. Many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping within walking distance. The house was clean, and the small pool was a bonus. Jordan, the concierge, was superb. He catered to our needs, visited frequently and set up our tours. The other staff members were also attentive and friendly; fixing problems, etc. very quickly. We felt safe both in the community and walking in Manuel Antonio. Sunsets were amazing! Two comments: road noise was often heard and for long term stays, there was no living room furniture.

Beautiful grounds, friendly staff

The grounds of this property are beautiful and well maintained. Martin was so helpful and pleasant, as was Fabian. The property was very clean and convenient to many activities and restaurants. It was roomy and well-stocked. We loved sitting on the front porch and watching the birds. We enjoyed the small private pool, as well as the main pool. My only complaint is that it is fairly close to the main road. That, coupled with construction that was going on behind the property at the time, made it quite noisy.

Most Amazing Experience!

Fabian made my experience one to remember. From the minute I booked the accommodation he answered all of my questions, day and night, including during my stay. He gave recommendations, lended directions, and helped with transportation. Marin was also awesome. I enjoyed spending one of my evening talking with him about the history of Costa Rica. He really loves his country and his career, which he takes very seriously. I most definitely plan on returning, maybe with a large group when the new villa is completed! Beautiful property, beautiful welcome to Costa Rica.

We had a lovely time at this house! The ac was great and the bed was super comfortable. It's Costa Rica so it was hot and humid but we spent a lot of time on the porch; the little fan there was perfect. I appreciated the coffee but my tea drinking family would have loved a stovetop or electric kettle. All in all we would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Good place to stay if your objective is to have good restaurants nearby and faster access to MA Park. Lots of street noise. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Beach view through the telephone and power lines. Clean and secure. Mixed bag.
