"Hotel originally selected based on location, price and availability for a short 2 night stay for first time in Belfast. Upon being greeted at door upon our arrival we realized this was going to be like no other place we have stayed before in any city. The featured rooms and time spent by owner to blend fashion and furniture is incredible. Breakfast, late evening bar and music far exceeded our expectations. Staff cannot do enough to make your stay incredible. Thank you to all staff and I hope people appreciate all the effort that is put in to make it as memorable a stay as possible. Until next time!"

"We got a very warm welcome on arrival. The hotel was clean and pleasant. A very nice bar area with comfortable seating area. The room was spacious and well equipped. Nice furnishings. We were 3 adults in a room it would have been nice to have a proper bed instead of a single pullout which was quite uncomfortable for 2 nights. The area was nice and easy access to taxi’s to get about. It was very noisy early Sunday morning due to some young adults being very rowdy on the veranda they seemed to have been drinking there all night. All in all though a pleasant stay. Not sure I would return to this hotel though maybe get something closer to the city centre for better location. We didn’t use the restaurant so can’t comment."

"As a mainland Brit, I was pleased with the amenities offered for the price. There were some things (a kitchen) that I wasn't expecting, but I gather are pretty normal inclusions in NI. But nothing was unwelcome: the other guests were unobtrusive, the location was good, and the stay overall was very pleasant."

"We were very pleasantly surprised by our stay at this Ibis. I’ve stayed in a few good ones and in a few really not so good ones in the past, so my expectations weren’t great. I was therefore really surprised (and happy!) about our experience. First, the staff. Wow! They were each and every single one of them possibly the friendliest staff at any hotel I’ve stayed in. They were lovely and friendly and kind and really helpful. Our room was really great! I don’t know if all of the rooms are like this, but, we got lucky enough to get a room at the front with huge bay windows, that actually opened! And finally, the room was quite clean (bed, sheets and towels etc) but it appeared that the floor hadn’t been swept well, but honestly, I can live with that. I Actually liked the area. It was very close to Botanic train station and walkable to the centre of Belfast. It’s a pretty mixed neighbourhood, with young people and students as well as young immigrant families, older ‘professor’ looking types, to a few street folk, who although sketchy looking, were never ever threatening or scary."
