What I don't like: NO one at the lobby when we arrived at 11pm, NO one pick up the phone either, NO poster or instruction for self check-in (doubt if any), we end up need to book & stay at another hotel.

"This beautiful, comfortable home is equipped with everything we could possibly need. The spacious 3rd floor is young child friendly with toys, books and playtent. The basement floor is the perfect family hangout. The arcade offers an option to Xbox and movies. Grandson spent every moment he could there. The main floor is comfortable, the kitchen provided everything needed and beds were comfortable. My husband and I spent much of our time on the porch enjoying the quiet peaceful surroundings. Communication with Matthew was prompt and helpful. We would stay again. Though we only used the basement and main floor because there were only 3 of us, we would stay again. Property is perfect for large family. Beautiful Lake Junaluaka is so close you can be at the lake in 5 minutes. "
