"The apartment complex is nice and overall the unit is nice but a few things were troublesome. We got SO many emails, to verify the booking we had to take a pic of our drivers license and myself. Then go through a laundry list of rules. Easy to tell it was a corporation not an individual. "Parking and staff were great, and I really appreciated how welcoming the team was. I understand this is a pet-friendly hotel, but the room could have been cleaner. There was also quite a bit of noise during my stay, the room upstairs seemed to be rearranging furniture throughout the night and into the day for two days straight, which made it difficult to sleep."
