"The place is old but maintained. The room was clean and the furnishings were nice. The room more than met my needs of a place to spend the night and watch tv. "I wasn't sure what to expect since the property is older and rustic, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms and bathroom seem to have been recently remodeled and were both very clean. The staff was friendly and the food and drinks at the restaurant were great. They even have a little breakfast room where you can grab stuff to take back to your room, or where ever. The grounds are pretty, the front sits on a golf course, and the lake is at the back of it. There is no lake access...

Kitchen is well stocked with spices, silverware and dishes. My biggest compliment is that I didn’t want to leave! Could have stayed weeks, once I got used to be unconnected. Great place! "

"The place took my heart ❤️ Slightly disappointed that it didn’t seem swept inside and found quite a few outside lights were broken and a left behind air of someone’s pants. 👖 otherwise it was a serene stay and very relaxing. It has a hot tub but we didn’t use it as it was too chilly. All around loved this lil nook very very much and hope to come back 🥰"
