Mas, o pior foi a experiência com o café da manhã, onde faltavam mais de 1h30 para terminar e já estavam faltando diversos itens, sendo que vários hóspedes chegaram após e constatarmos a falta de reposição. "Quarto muito confortável e limpo, comida boa, atendimento poderia ser melhor, às vezes não tinha ninguém para atender em algumas áreas do hotel. Instalações coletivas poderiam estar mais bem conservadas, aparentavam desgaste e falta de manutenção, a piscina coberta estava com água turva, aparentando estar suja, área de jogos com mesas de sinuca desgastadas e rasgadas. O restante muito bom, a área verde do hotel é muito bonita e tem várias atividades diferentes. "
