"Staff at the hotel were really helpful. Room was large and comfortable. Parking is available at the hotel and plenty of spaces across the road etc. Beach and nature reserve both a short walk and there are a few nice restaurants within a 10 mins walk but is worth booking in advance. Breakfast is a bit more limited in choice compared to a lot of other hotels and the hotel/rooms feel a little dated. The common areas were being painted during my stay. "

"The surrounding areas are sketchy. I walked 10 minutes to the nearby beach and it was totally trash，dirty and smelly. The room is big，can host 3 people with 1 Queen size bed and 1 twin bed. The breakfast is good with a lot of selections. I enjoyed my stay overall."

"The Best Hotel Residence Italia is a great option if you're planning on visiting Cagliari and Quartu Sant Elena, or even for a stop over before moving on to other places in sout east Sardinia. It's super close to the Poetto beach, you can either walk there (15 minutes) and see the beatiful flamingos in the lagoon or take a bus (bus stop across the street) and get there in less than 3 minutes. The hotel is modern and clean. Our room was spacious and spotless as well as super quiet. There are many didining options within walking distance, and the breakfast buffet was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. We'll definitely come back :) "

There are 3 tables in shared outside area and this area was cosy and comfortable. There are lovely 3 cats in that share area. Location is good close to different bays and beaches. About 20km to Cagliari. There are supermarkets very close (walkable) and a restourant very closeby (maybe 300 meters) There are no eggs in breakfast but you can buy from nearby supermarket and add it. There were only 2 electric sockets in room. Price was also good compared to all these positives."
