"The surrounding areas are sketchy. I walked 10 minutes to the nearby beach and it was totally trash，dirty and smelly. The room is big，can host 3 people with 1 Queen size bed and 1 twin bed. The breakfast is good with a lot of selections. I enjoyed my stay overall."

Wir waren Anfang Oktober (während Coronabedingten Einschränkungen) dort. Das Hotel liegt außerhalb der Hauptstadt Cagliari. Man kann nach Cagliari laufen, sollte jedoch 3h einplanen. "First of all the house is very clean and don’t miss a tool in the house. Everything is there and free to use. The bad part is the surrounding . Bus station directly in front of the house and a bar across the street. Yelling and party people almost all night until 2 am. If your not afraid of the loudness , this house is perfect . "

"The Best Hotel Residence Italia is a great option if you're planning on visiting Cagliari and Quartu Sant Elena, or even for a stop over before moving on to other places in sout east Sardinia. It's super close to the Poetto beach, you can either walk there (15 minutes) and see the beatiful flamingos in the lagoon or take a bus (bus stop across the street) and get there in less than 3 minutes. The hotel is modern and clean. Our room was spacious and spotless as well as super quiet. There are many didining options within walking distance, and the breakfast buffet was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. We'll definitely come back :) "
