Beautiful boutique hotel in Quebec city. The room was beautifully decorated and the communication was very easy through messaging. We initially had some issues with the water pressure in the shower, but we ended up resolving it ourselves. Great stay

Beautiful spacious studio apartment! Full size appliances and plenty of room. Kitchen well supplied. Staff friendly and accommodating. Parking underneath was a bit tight for a larger car. But it was convenient.

We had some trouble with the check in process, primarily because there was no staff on site and everything was done electronically. We received the check-in info the night before our departure on our trip and we were on the road the next day. We had difficulty paying for the parking en route. I would recommend settling the parking payment in advance.
We stayed for 7 nights and were in the Grand Studio, which was clean and spacious. However the placement of the furniture is not practical for long-term stays - the TV is in an awkward place relative to the sofa, and the queen bed practically filled the niche it is in making it awkward for two people to use properly. The staff were attentive to any issues we had. The wi-fi worked well.
