"Great location, amenities, and breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend just a light refresher on front desk staff helpfulness. Came from the airport on the way to a family event around 1:40 pm, just to inquire if our room might be ready yet and be able to check in early. Was met with "check-in's at 3:00". We left, went to our family event, came back, and checked in around 10:00 pm. Have stayed in a number of hotels and generally the polite response I would expect is "let me see if we have a room ready yet", or "I'm sorry, though our hotel policy does not allow for any early check-ins". Just a suggestion for management."
