"One of my favourite things about this hotel is the amazing staff that are on reception. Every single time I stay, I’m welcomed with such warmth and kindness. I was welcomed by a really lovely lady last time, Anna. Nothing was too much trouble, happy, kind, helpful. Thank you Anna, I really appreciate you. Always the same feeling here, that is really good to have when you’re a solo traveller. Also with regard to the amazing staff, the man that greets you outside is also kind, helpful, happy, just lovely. He helps me with all my luggage every single time without fail.
