Great Get Away

If you are ever near Quakertown this is the place you must stay. Quiet peaceful lovely house great amenities you can just lose yourself in the quiet of the woods. Conveniently located to everything you need. Owner is super friendly and responsive. Highly recommend the bedrock

Great Family Retreat Location

Loved the house size for entertaining our big family for an early Christmas dinner. The extra large dining room & table was perfect. Kitchen was large and well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Definitely would recommend.

Had an amazing getaway at Bedrock. Felt like we had our own private lodge 4 mins from Lake Nockamixon. Clean, comfy, and hosts were super accommodating. Highly recommend for an easy family getaway!

Flintstones!

It took us a minute but what a fun theme! Great secluded place with fun amenities on site. Utilized the fire pit, grill, beautiful kitchen, hammocks, guest arts and crafts station. Best weekend ever. Would def stay again.

Bedrock forest

We had a great stay. It was the perfect location close to the family reunion we attended and my wife’s family too! The hot tub at night was key! What a great place! Great communication with the owner. We saw lots of deer in the yard. Really cool house with all the beds and bathrooms we needed. Thank you!

Girl’s Weekend Getaway

We (seven moms on a weekend trip) had a great time exploring this part of PA, tuning the Delaware, and enjoying the property. It is secluded but still fairly conveniently located to shops, gas, etc. Beautiful park/trails nearby. The house was clean and there is ample room in the common areas. Kitchen is clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Host was communicative, check in and out were seamless.

Girl weekend. Nice woodsy property to relax.

Was nice for a long weekend with girlfriends and the master and second bedroom were comfortable as was the day bed in the living room. But the extra futon, chair bed and pullout sofa in the second floor family room were all very uncomfortable, maybe ok for kids but not adults. The cleaning service did just an ok job before us. Well stocked however for cooking.

Great for a family gathering

We rented this home for Commencement weekend at Lafayette College (about a 35 minute drive to campus). The home was clean and the large dining room was the perfect setting for a celebratory dinner with our graduate and extended family. We had 7 sleeping in the house and were very comfortable. Rachel and I exchanged many messages and she always responded immediately and in detail. The home is set off the road and was incredibly quiet and peaceful. We had a terrific weekend!

Girls Trip

This house was perfect for a girls long weekend. There was plenty of sleeping room for the 8 of us. The weather could have been better so we really didnt get to use the large outdoor area. We did get to sit around the fire pit though which was really nice. The place is very private which we also loved. The inside of the house is really great. We enjoyed the living area with the gas fireplace and especially the large dining table which we sat around each night playing games. If you're looking for something to do we visited the Fonthill Castle, Vivat Winery and Beckers Corner a little place to get something to drink and good food which was only 3 mins away. If you are going to be in this area this is the house for you! A big plus is Rachel who is a doll, she made our stay feel special.

Cabin in the woods

The house was perfect for our girls weekend getaway despite rain all weekend we thoroughly enjoyed the cabin. The house was very clean and Rachel was amazing host. She had the lawn people clear the front beds and patio to allow us to have dinner outside. The outside with the patio , deck and grounds were better than expected. We went and enjoyed wineries during the day Saturday and then spent the evening at the house. We would highly recommend and will definitely be back next time we need to stay in the area! Rachel was very responsive to any questions prior to our arrival and the home had plenty of room to accommodate our group.

Treat yourself to rustic luxury!

Absolutely beautiful home situated well back from the road and at a distance from all neighbors. The host is extremely communicative and obliging. House is spacious and gracious, with nearly every thing you could want already there on the property. Bonus for us was the beautiful Steinway spinet piano. I have never seen one of those! Great for a weekend getaway, and I can see how it could be perfect for families traveling with kids, too. About a half an hour from some of the most quaint small towns America has to offer, and just minutes from a beautiful state park and lake. Go for it!

Charming log cabin

Property was exactly as described; roomy, comfortable, well equipped. Property near, PA State Perks with hiking trails and boat launching, great restaurants, Bucks County historical attractions, shopping. Only four of us, but this property is ideal for large groups for holidays. Host are very communicative and helpful.
