Very quiet although in the middle of a large beach area neighborhood. 5 -10 Min drive to all major beaches or park beaches (Vanderbilt and Collier Park). Great area for shopping and restaurants, even a Dunkin' Donuts in walking distance for morning coffee. Would highly recommend and will possibly come...

"The property is in a nice neighborhood close to shops, such as Trader Joe’s and good restaurants. It was not an easy walk to Vanderbilt beach, but close enough to drive. The home has everything we needed and is very clean. The only thing I’d change is the master bedroom bed frame; it’s too big for the room, so the pointy edges at the end of the bed frame stick out and if you’re not careful, they jab your sides and believe me, it’s painful. My husband and I both got jabbed."
