"Very clean room and great staff"

"I like the location for being close to the airport. No airport shuttle. The breakfast was good. The room was nice. The door was not secure. It closed and locked. But there were gaps. The door did not “fit” the doorway as snuggly as I would like. It was noisy. You could hear the bumping in the other rooms next door and on the floor above me. Lots of kids that weekend. Beautiful staff."

"No cats when they are listed as pet friendly … got completely checked in and the room wasn’t ready call down to the front desk and even though I had put feline, they still didn’t notice it"

"Pool was green and too cold to swim in. The hall ways were gross and dirty. Rooms were dated and tired. "

"I was awakened Friday night by very loud drilling and hammering on the wall above my bed. The front desk staff basically said “deal with it/it won’t take long” and the manager called to tell me it was my fault because I checked in a day later than reservation and even though he personally managed my lost reservation on check in, he had no idea anyone was in my room. Windows are dirty, space smelled musty, and the property is generally tired and run-down. When I asked for my wifi password as instructed on its login page I was told it was on my keycard when I checked in (it wasn’t) and the desk attendant was annoyed that I asked her to write it down and basically implied I was lying. Very poor service and property. They could have made up for much of this with better communication training and a trip to IKEA or Target for updated decor and a fresh coat of paint."

"We arrived at 3:20 pm. Had to wait until almost 4 for room to be ready. We were upgraded to a suite. Check in time states 3 pm Breakfast was clearly listed as 7 am start, food wasnt ready until 7:30. Eggs were cold, there was only one option for yogurt, peach, and one option for jelly, grape. There was only decaf coffee anf hot water when i tried to get coffee for breakfast. The swimming pool was closed. Parking was fine, room clean, bed comfortable. Staff apologized numerous times, but it didn't address the fact that your hotel did not meet our expectations."
