"Check-in was easy, staff was friendly, no matter which capacity they worked at the hotel. Everyone was quite pleasant. Continental breakfast had a good amount of items to eat, from waffles, to toast and bagels, mini muffins, oranges, scrambled eggs, and hashbrowns. Additionally, there was coffee, milk, and orange juice available for drinking. And cereals for the kids. The Jacuzzi was not open, however, the pool was. We did not partake as much of our weekend was spent with family and we chose not to go after dark. We did have an issue with a clogged toilet that we found upon check-in. They got maintenance out to our room the very next morning and when we returned from our day out in Tucson, the toilet was working much better. Property felt safe and will lit. It was quiet most of the weekend until 7 AM on Monday when there was a trash truck followed by planes taking off at the airport which you were only less than a block and a half from. If I need to go to Tucson again, I would most definitely stay here."
