Corridor and entrance looked a bit tired, so the room spacious and clean room was a pleasant surprise. Very quiet, apart from the howling wind. Room had a cosy feel and the water pressure in the bathroom was excellent. Check-in staff very helpful. Gave useful tip to park in garage, so we could get out and in without getting wet in the downpour.

The staff where very helpful, the food was excellent, accommodation was good , clean , great time had would go back.

Super Nice Hotel but Service is Not what you expect and know from other Hotels - Like the Bothanic Sanctuary in Antwerp before This stay. Room was cleaned on Sunday at 4pm there is no door to the toilet which is not good at all. Only 1 towel per Person in the bathroom and no Soap. More of such Details could be mentioned Burg This is what makes the difference

Wat een prachtig hotel. Heel erg mooi ingericht met een duidelijke verwijzing naar de geschiedenis. Geweldig personeel. Enkelen van hen zijn het hospitality vak aan het leren en dat is alleen maar te prijzen omdat je ziet dat ze hun stinkende best doen. De keuken is op hoog culinair niveau. Echt een aanrader.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Immediately after booking they were quick to respond to correcting a booking mistake from my end. The staff was also friendly and helpful from the arrival till departure. For instance, we could use the shower facilities from the fitness area after checkout and a last visit to the beach. We had a family room. It was a spacious room with sufficient place for our 5 member family. The room did not have airconditioning however, and it was therefore very hot on a hot summer day. Opening the windows was met with cheers from the local mosquito population. Insect screens would have been of help. On the second day the staff provided a table top ventilator, which was also appreciated.
