"Staff helpful when complained about my earlier room that is stained with tobacco smell. People spat into plants in hotel lobby and smoked in elevators but this is my persistent complaint about China in general. Quite a lot of mainland Chinese don't seem to be able to understand the basic hygiene and health implications with such behaviours."

"The room is very clean and spotless,. The housekeeper cleans room and changes the sheets every day. Front desk staff and the manager are very friendly. they offer help anytime I ask. I like the breakfast buffet.There is a lot of variety food that is very fresh. There is the staff who cooks on side as well . The location of the hotel is perfect. I can access public transportation at short walking distance. I can find a lot of different restaurants, shopping center at a few minutes walk. I enjoyed my stay. Silly."
