"Bon hôtel, mais le personnel manque de formation ( peu d’anglais, appelle la chambre et raccroche au nez plusieurs fois quand le client ne parle pas chinois, ne considère pas le client à la réception car concentré sur les écrans alors qu’il n’y a personne etc etc… )"
