"Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."

We had a lovely view from our room. The room had a refrigerator and a teapot. My only complaint was the placement of the air conditioner. It was located so that it was blowing right on my husband. I would definitely stay at this property again."

"I recently stayed at villa permet which a 20 minute drive to the thermal baths. My mother and I were very very impressed and pleased with the villa, it was impeccably clean and beautifully done. Staff was wonderful, they even went out of their way when my mom forgot her bag and they had it delivered by bus to our next destination to saranda. With all its contents including my moms NY drivers license inside. Very trustworthy people including the bus driver"
