"I have booked and paid full payment though the app as always but when I checked in there was a payment issue because the hotel staff said we are not registered with expedia and didn't get paid so i have to chase them up and sort that out because looks like there was a third person involved and he took his commission in this booking which hotel staff didn't know and that cost me more than normal which never happened before since I am using expedia app.
