Stayed here with my wife and 12yr old son for 4 days and 3 nights. The hotel location is perfect right next to the city center and easily walk all of Fira. Really enjoyed ths 2 pools and Khan kept my drinks flowing all trip he was great taking care of us. Check in was easy and smooth thanks to the ladies at the front, Aneta & Vasiliki were awesome and we're able to set up a few transfers we needed and helped with car rental and tough lunch reservation....ABSOLUTE ROCKSTARS. you can tell they enjoy their job and lovr to help. Hellen also was able to offer some great suggestions for our trip to Naxos. Room was very clean. Breakfast was very good. The bed was comfy, the AC worked very well and there was good water pressure in the shower too. I would highly recommend staying here. Very family friendly.

The Grand Ambassador Santorini Hotel had the best views on the island! The staff even upgraded our room at no cost due to some maintenance issues with our original room. My Wife and I received world class customer service from the staff! We will definitely be visiting Santorini, Greece again in the future! Thank You Grand Ambassador Santorini Hotel for the AMAZING hospitality!

The view was marvelous from the restaurant and pool. Having our personal small pool was amazing. The staff was wonderful in arranging all the transportation that we needed an excursion, such as horseback riding, which was marvelous. The breakfast was sensational. The staff of the restaurant was exceptional. We will definitely come here again.
