Gorgeous. Rooms and resort have all of the finishing touches for a high end resort. The staff are experienced and add an extra level of class to the place. They were outstanding. The food is another highlight. Excellent sommeliers too! Comfortable beds (and they accommodated the temperature I wanted the room nice and cool). Pools were heated and there were always staff to help with towels and cabanas. The spa is exceptional.

I’ve stayed in this hotel Many times before, but this one was a terrible one. Nobody answered my emails and phone calls regarding an early check in, despite I’ve done it well in advance, if early check in is unavailable -that’s fine, but at least I wanted to know about this possibility or at least someone answer me. Gentleman at the reception told me that’s not acceptable and he will find me a room in an hour, but he found one only in 3 hours. First room we’ve checked in was dirty, with iron-damaged sofa, dirty floors and 50% empty minibar. When we requested to move to different room, our request was accepted and new room was perfect. There was a big conference during our stay, and hotel staff were caring about this conference more than their guests, most of the restaurants were unavailable, because of this conference, and the only option was “try our pan-Asian restaurant” at the lobby - not the the best gesture. I was waiting for a cup for more than one day, and asked if it's possible to bring a vase in the room, I was waiting for more than an hour at night, I tried to call reception with in room phone and by mobile Phone- no answer, I came down to the reception to ask for a vase and asked if it's possible to bring one. I would completely understand if it wouldn't be possible, but staff told me “of course” and I was waiting ages. Everything went wrong this time. But I wanted to say huge thank you to beach staff and valet parking staff.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations!!! We had booked a regular room, but upon check-in, we were upgraded for free to a suite with a private pool! The suite was gorgeous and huge! Excelllent service by all staff members! Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Amazing hotel. Excellent quality food, facilities and services. Great spa, pools and beach (facilities and service). Nice gym. Great breakfast and dinner buffets. Lovely staff, friendly and caring. Fantastic kids and baby club. Super family friendly. We loved it! Only thing is thats a bit isolated and not much to do on the surroundings. But absolutely recommend!

As someone who travels for work quite a bit... the small things as a business traveler are what bring me back to book the same hotels on return. Fantastic holiday in a fantastic hotel.
Family break, hotel was great and all the staff friendly and helpful. It’s right on the edge of Limassol and you really need a car to get around. There aren’t many nearby restaurants. Great location to explore Cyprus, everything seems an hours drive (pathos, troodos and aiya napa). My only complaints would be: - the heated indoor pool was pretty cold - I ask for some drinks at the bar to take up to our room (as we had young kids) and I was told I had to go to reception and get them delivered using room service and pay a premium. Which just seemed daft.

The hotel has all the amenities a 5 star hotel can have but it lacked the atmosphere. It felt we were among total strangers who only cared about having a nice time for themselves. Also I noticed most of the staff did not speak a word of Greek which was difficult for my dad as his english is very basic. The staff at reception was over and above helpful, and the staff at breakfast was the same. I think the hotel lack some sort of character, we did not feel at ease when we were there. It is possible that this is due to the fact that we were there for one night. Also the views from our rooom were stunning.

You’re on your own after check in! The food options are limited and the service at the restaurants is dismal. If you try to ask for something they just stare at you! Horrific attitudes by all the service folks at all all the restaurants! Never thought I’d feel so much regret at what I thought was a 5 star resort. I brought my wife and two young children here. Wife felt horrible from the food, kids were freezing because the pools are very cold. And we couldn’t believe it when the waiters at Lanes gave us attitude because we asked for a 2nd latte. But hey, it looks fancy! There’s no accountability in this place. Full of regret!

This is my 3rd time choosing to stay in Parklane since I like their location, rooms and facilities. However, this time our experience was horrible. Firstly, the hotel has changed a lot after the Coronavirus situation and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to visit again unless they bring back the old 5-star experience Parklane used to offer. There are no welcome drinks and wet towel anymore at the check-in process which every 5-star hotel offers. The rooms do not have any wine glasses, normal glasses, teaspoon or plates. Pretty much they were replaced by paper glasses which is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. We bought wine from a shop outside and we called the room service to ask for wine glasses. A lady named “Katerina” answered the phone, we asked her for wine glasses because we didn’t want to drink wine from a paper glass and she told us “Why? So the paper glasses are not good enough for you?”. This is literally what she told us and then after 10 minutes, she sent someone to bring us wine glasses. This behaviour is fully unacceptable from a 5-star hotel. Lastly, I want to discuss how Parklane takes advantage of customers who book their hotel through a travel agent. I booked my stay for 1 night for the 15th until the 16th of August through Expedia, and I did the reservation on the 15th of August at 11:45 am. Pretty much 3 hours before the check-in. Everything was almost excellent. We had been a little disappointed when doormen couldn’t find keys from our car for about 10 minutes, and the next morning when I asked for paper tissues during breakfast the waitress brought them in 7-10 min only. But as I needed tissues urgently I’ve taken them by myself from the bar till that time. So except these two situations everything was great, the personnel in general is very polite and high-qualified
