From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the sea and the bay of Finikounda.
The apartment is on the first floor of a two-story apartment building. Access is via your own external staircase. The area of the apartment is about 75 square meters, plus a partially covered balcony of about 25 square meters on the south and west side.
