"Beautiful place, but bit of a tourist scam. As the hotel opened a few days before our coming, some things were missing : a rack for the jackets and shoes... The heater is hard to set and is noisy. However, the staff is lovely and always ready to help. It also misses an electric plug for cars."

"The cottage itself was lovely however the location of the cottage on the Expedia app is incorrect. It's 4KM away from where it says it is and NOT in the main Ski village. We couldn't get through to anyone at Holiday Club Phya, and if it wasn't for a local community member driving us around to find the cottage, we would never have found it!"

"Super séjour dans un magnifique cottage perdu en forêt. Très bien équipé, spacieux et confortable. Sauna à disposition, petit refuge dans le jardin avec coin pour le feu et luges. Tout pour passer un agréable moment. Je garde l’adresse précieusement, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir"
