Ty Llewelyn - Luxury Cottages
At a glance A great base for exploring sandy beaches and enjoying the coastal life of the Llyn Peninsula The ‘upside-down layout' maximises the sea and countryside views from the first floor living area and balcony Guests love the luxury hot tub, outdoor dining area and the games room About the property If you and your family like chilling out together, this holiday home on the Llyn Peninsula is an excellent choice. With a games room that features a pool table and an Xbox, a hot tub outside on the patio and a spacious lounge where you can watch a movie, it's perfect whatever the weather. And, the ‘upside down' layout means that all the bedrooms and the family bathroom are on the ground floor, whilst the main living area is upstairs so that you can take full advantage of the views. There's a great family-friendly pub, The Lion, just a short stroll away, while a short drive takes you to the beautiful sandy Towyn Beach with the indulgent Cwt Tatws café and exquisite shop. The space This property is a new build and has a modern minimal style, with quality fixtures and fittings throughout.
All the bedrooms are on the ground floor. The first sumptuous bedroom is at the front of the house and has a king-size bed, while the other two bedrooms are at the back – one has a stylish king-size sleigh bed and the other has two modern single beds. All bedrooms have wardrobe and drawer space, a bedside table, and a flat-screen TV. There's also a family bathroom with a bath and an electric shower over, a WC, a sink and a heated towel rail.
Also on the ground floor is a games room where you can enjoy a game of pool, watch TV, or play on the Xbox from the comfort of the sofa or the extra-large bean bags. Plus, there's a utility room with a washing machine, a fridge/freezer and, should you need them, the travel cot and highchair.
At the back of the house is the garden which has a gravelled patio with a table and chairs where you can light the BBQ and dine alfresco in good weather. Or, if you've spent a long day walking along the coastal path or running about with the kids on the beach, there's no better way to relax than with a dip in the hot tub.
On the upstairs floor is the main living area which comprises an open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining room. The light and airy lounge has two sofas and a flat-screen TV with Freeview channels and a DVD player, while patio doors lead onto a balcony where you can sit, relax with a drink and gaze at the countryside and the sea beyond it.
There's also a stylish kitchen area that comes with everything you'd expect, from an integrated double oven and grill to a fridge/freezer and dishwasher, as well as a breakfast bar area that's the perfect place to serve the kids a quick snack. For meals all together, gather around the contemporary dining table that seats six.
Also upstairs is a large shower room with a rainfall shower, a sink, a WC, and a heated towel rail.
