A wonderful, spacious cottage. Very well furnished and appointed. The prefect spot for exploring the peninsula and Snowdonia. Wouldn't hesitate in booking again.

Very comfortable & well equipped cottage in a beautiful rural location.
Great cottage with lots of space and fab kitchen. Comfortable and cosy and great base for exploring Llyn. Must say that it could be improved with WiFi working, garden furniture and sorting out the very squeaky floorboards! Also people should be aware that there are bats around the property and in the roof.

The cottage was very clean and very spacious with good furnishings and equipment.
The cottage was very clean and very spacious with good furnishings and equipment. One thing we would say is if you are taking a dog (which we did not) you may find that the garden is not secure to leave a pet to wander around. We visited as many resorts in the locality and would recommend Crichieth as being the nicest.

Beautifully presented, really spacious and fantastically family friendly.
Beautifully presented, really spacious and fantastically family friendly. The house was perfect for our needs with two little ones - lots of space to move around inside and out, and miles of stunningly beautiful countryside on your doorstep. A fantastic place to get away from it all, and undoubtedly the cleanest holiday home I’ve stayed in - absolutely spotless throughout. Only minor criticism would be the extremely creaky floors upstairs - not ideal when trying to get babies to sleep! Wouldn’t stop me recommending this house to anyone though - a great find.

Perfect for us as a family of four plus grandparents. Plenty of space and great that the upstairs is accessed by two separate staircases. Huge gardens, huge kitchen and dining area and lounge. Comfy sofas and beds. We had a great time.

Beautiful cottage with everything you could possibly need supplied, quiet relaxing location but within easy reach of everywhere on the llyn. Only one small observation, considering the lovely size of the master bedroom the fact that there was only a double bed when we feel a king size would have been far better, and far more comfortable was a surprise to us. We also all enjoyed the resident bats zipping about in the evening.

Great place for family to stay very spacious and well decorated throughout.
Great place for family to stay very spacious and well decorated throughout. Master bedroom is up a different staircase which might not suit families with smaller children. Great for teenagers though! Could do with bigger kitchen bin so take some bin liners for rubbish. Master bedroom has lovely balcony, however room not dark enough at night for me so needed eye mask. Plenty of games there to play and books to read and theres a smart TV if you want netfix etc. Good central location within 10/15 mins drive of local amenities.

Lovely location, off the beaten track and quiet so an ideal spot if you are looking for seclusion.
Lovely location, off the beaten track and quiet so an ideal spot if you are looking for seclusion. But also in easy reach of Pwllheli for shops, and numerous beaches no too far away as well as other local area attractions.
This is a spacious barn conversion with plenty of room for everyone to find a spot for themselves.
The upstairs, being in the eaves, gets very warm (and due to the bats at dusk we didn’t like to leave windows open overnight).
Be aware that the master bedroom suite is reached by one set of stairs, while the other two bedrooms and family bathroom are reached by a second set. This may be ideal for extended family groups who are looking for their own space or for families with teenagers, but didn’t work too well for us as it turned out our children didn’t like being so far away at night.

This is a spacious and comfortable converted barn located in a secluded and peaceful location.
This is a spacious and comfortable converted barn located in a secluded and peaceful location. It is important to respect the wildlife when visiting here which include the delightful bats that live underneath the rafters of this building - the bats fly out from under the eaves every evening which is really spectacular to watch. There are beautiful sandy beaches within easy reach of this property all around the Lleyn peninsula of North Wales which has a fascinating history with lots of exciting places to visit. I would highly recommend that you visit this property as a base for your holiday in the Lleyn peninsula of North Wales.

Easter break
Just returned from our weeks stay . Cottage was a good standard quite spacious as there was 5 of us in our party . Getting the key code proved a problem as we received no e mail or instructions how to get there. There is no internet even though there is a hub at the house and it is advertised as having internet but the whole week we was there we couldn't log on. Would have been nice to have somewhere to dry our clothes as no washing line and there needs to be a fence in-between the 2 propertys at the back as the dog staying next door kept pooing on our allocated garden, mentioned this to her owner but was extremely ignorant.
