"It’s a well equipped apartment in a good area. The floor was not clean, and the property is in need of some maintenance. The mattresses are very springy and uncomfortable. The upstairs toilet doesn’t flush very well and leaves a bad drainage smell after use. The road noise spoils the view from the balcony and the close proximity to the train station, which serves stabling trains, early morning and late evening with engines running should be mentioned."

"We stayed here for 3 nights in September and enjoyed every minute of it. Guy left us a summary of instructions of the workings of the property which was straight forward and was greeted with a nice welcoming bottle of wine and some Welsh biscuits-very nice!The house was lovely, bright and clean and ample size for 2 of us and our dog. It had a nice balcony that overlooked the sea, great for watching the sun go down with a glass of wine. Parking was enough for 1 car on the driveway. We would love to come back here, it was a shame we didn’t stay longer. Thank you Guy."
