The location worked well for us. Just say a 1/4 of a mile for our son's house. Our use of the house was somewhat limited because we were at our sons house for meals and meetings. Still it worked well for us.

good location for some things

Location: lots of shopping close by - eating etc. Cell phone reception anywhere in house: zero for at&t. TV setup wierd. No locals. Assortment of services pluto hulu netflix etc. Some require your account info. Seattle traffic sucks - not LA or Houston bad but bad enough.

Great house with plenty of room for 8!

This property was perfect for 8 adults and very reasonable. With three bedrooms and an extra queen in the loft area this house worked out very well for 8 adults. Kitchen is well appointed, rooms are a good size, master is very spacious. There is a small patio out back but honestly we never used it as we were too busy. We weren't home much as we had plenty of things to do in the area. Mt. Rainier is within 1.5 hours away and well worth the ride to hike and explore the National Park. Views are breathtaking. Tacoma is within 30 minutes, Olympia is about 45 minutes away and has lots to do and see. Many breweries to explore as well as wineries within close proximity of the property. We have family in both Olympia and Puyallup so this house was a great location. If fishing is your thing consider Westport for a fishing charter. It's about a 1.45 hour drive out to the coast but well worth it. We caught several King and Coho salmon with a max on Rock fish. Overall great experience and great home to stay. Ron is very accommodating and responded to all my crazy questions! Thanks again for helping make this family reunion memorable!

Long Weekend Trip

Our family group stayed in this well appointed rental while in town for a wedding. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and have down time and personal space, as well as hang out together and cook as a group in the large kitchen. It was easy to get in and out of the subdivision. Parking in the garage was a great bonus since it rained several days of our trip.

Family vacation birthday

It was a short stay in Tacoma for a family vacation/reunion/birthdays. Home was very comfortable, clean and relaxing. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The only thing is the houses are extremely close together. Overall we would stay there again

Holiday visit

The home was clean and provided enough room for everyone. Check in was easy. It was a little difficult to communicate with the host when we had questions after check in. Also disappointed to find out that the fireplace has been “shut off for years for safety concerns”. That would have been nice to know and maybe helpful to have it posted. The location was convenient to family stationed at JBLM

The house is beautiful and very clean. We were close to shopping and restaurants and 45 min. from the airport. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. The check in process was easy. We will be booking again the next time we visit Washington.

This was the first extended family getaway with kids, spouses, and grandchildren. We have people with food allergies so a cooking kitchen is a must. It was convenient and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful house, bigger than it looks. Well kept, quiet neighborhood, nice kitchen, roku tvs everywhere. Only issue we had was the air conditioner didn't work. We called the owner and he got a repair done the next day. Overall an excellent property and we would stay again.

Nice base for travel

We traveled around Seattle-Tacoma and stayed here. The house was nice and spacious. Some night time noises (neighborhood kids) and word Christmas decor but otherwise a great stay.

Secure comfortable home in upper middle class residential neighborhood. House is well stocked. Half hour or further from everything. Half hr to JBLM. Parking is limited, use garage. Had great week with family/grandchildren in 2st floor and 2nd floor family areas. High traffic volume is an adjustment. Would stay here again. Best regards, Grandma and Grandpa
