Nice room with great view of lake. However there was no instructions for golf cart which was confusing to use. In addition, I have NEVER stayed in a hotel that didn't have a room coffee maker or free coffee in the lobby...do not call yourself a resort or list in VRBO if you don't have basic amenities. Most hotels these days have microwaves and minifrigerators in the room.

Excellent

Everything was great. Joel at the onsite burger joint and Katie at the outdoor bar were awesome. Deb, the manager was the sweetest. We had a problem with the keycard and Nick was there to help immediately. Highly recommend.

Bed was comfy & view was nice!Overall it was very basic. Example: only one waste paper basket. TV was very small for a large room.

Tv had no remote. Pool and hot tub not heated. Room not what was booked however they did move us to a better room. Property needs maintenance.

Resort was great but room amenities were disappointing. No mini fridge— no coffee maker ( I know downstairs pay for coffee area but….) no hooks in bathroom to hang towels for reuse and no clocks. A lot of people wake up, make coffee and relax or whatever with it. You had to get dressed, brush teeth, fix hair then go wait in line. Offer coffee free from 6-11 am or whatever or put a Keurig in every room. And a mini fridge is across the board a hotel room staple!!! Staff was great— grounds were beautifully kept.

I do not recommend this hotel, as soon as we arrived, we asked for a golf cart. They said they didn’t have any. We checked into our room and we received a call and the receptionist said she found a golf cart. It was $120. We went down and it only had 23% charge. It barely got us through the night the next morning we woke up to shower only to realize the water was lukewarm not hot hot. the pool was drained and so was the Jacuzzi even though it advertises pool and Jacuzzi on site the TV had no cable just Netflix and other channels you can purchase when we complained, the receptionist said oh you got the room at such a good deal as if that was supposed to ease our pain. I do not recommend this hotel,
