"Great staff. So friendly. So welcoming. Room service was excellent. The staff were highly attentive. Food was generally very good. Location was great. Only issue being gym and facilities being old and a bit unloved. Other than that. Great"

"Excellent location to view the elephants in the river at good price. Staff were very attentive, nice pool and great breakfast. 4pm checkin was a bit of a pain, but we understand the reason why. 12pm checkout means you get see the elephants the next morning."

"I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. Clean, comfortable room with great water pressure. Probably the best shower I've had in all of Sri Lanka The location is great. Close enough to walk to the city centre but still far enough away from the city noise Best part about this hotel though is the receptionist Dilrukshi. Very friendly, personable and genuine. Always greets you with a smile and asks about how you're doing in a non forced way, you can tell she actually cares about her guests. Thank you Dilrukshi and the rest of the staff. I look forward to coming back"

"Stayed in family/ presidential suite. Two bedrooms with en suites. Plus a lounge in-between them. So loads of space. Views good, though you have to look over neighbours tin roofs. Pool on roof is lovely. The suite is below the pool, so some signs of damp on ceiling."

"The property is situated in the hill top of Kandy with a spectacular view of the sun rise, The room we got had two AC units, They have good selection of food items for in room dining experience"

"Stayed 1 night in August, wish it had been longer. Lovely hotel overlooking the lake, a really nice setting. Food at the restaurant was very good, and the rooftop swimming pool was perfect for unwinding in the evening after a long day of sightseeing. Would happily stay again, ideally for longer next time."
