"This is an amazing property. You can value in its location and facilities. The bedding is basic and we took our own , for some beds, but the actual property is wonderful. Excellent value for money. To have water access with kit and a hot tub and games room was wonderful. "

"We have stayed in many wonderful house rentals but this was probably my favorite. It was very spacious and just lovely. The house was right on the river with amazing mountain views. We are a family of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids ages 14-3) and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kids especially liked the big room downstairs with two sets of bunk beds and a huge sectional couch. At night we roasted marshmallows in the fire pit and made s’mores.The open concept kitchen/living room/dining room was huge and gave us plenty of room for game nights.During the day we visited Smoke Hole Caverns and hiked Seneca Rocks and Blackwater Falls. West Virginia is incredibly beautiful and this part of our vacation exceeded my expectations. This beautiful home is part of the reason why. "
