Tolles Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es ist alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und das Grundstück gepflegt. Beim Checkin klappte alles ohne Probleme. Vom Vermieter haben wir vorher viele Infos per Mail zum Haus und zur Umgebung bekommen. Warum vergeben wir dann nur drei Sterne? Es liegt an den Matratzen, diese sind einfach ein Graus. Durchgelegen und unbequem. Zum Teil haben wir im Wohnzimmer auf der Couch geschlafen. Hier erwarte ich bei dem Preis einfach mehr.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Mein Aufenthalt war sehr schön alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett schickt viele Informationen uber das Haus und Umgebungen. Bei Fragen antworte erauch sofort. Es gibt sowohl im Erdgeschoss wo Wohnstube und Küche ist eine Toilette sowie im 1. Obergeschoss ein grosses Bad. Der Garten ist gross und kompett eingezäunt so das unserer grosser Hund nicht raüs konnte. Sehr schöner Urlaub

Groß, aber noch zeitgemäß?

Das Flächenangebot im und um das Haus ist großzügig. Der Innenausbau ist im Stil der 1970/80er. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Geruchsentwicklung der Öl-Heizung bzw. de Öltanks, die sich bis ins EG erstreckt. Ein bisschen sauberer hätte es ebenfalls sein können. Positiv und nett ist die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter gewesen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Das Haus war sauber und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Vermieter reagiert schnell und freundlich bei Problemen. Unser Hund hat sich in dem voll eingezäunten Garten mit viel Rasen gleich wohl gefühlt.

Dadada wirklich Alles da

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in ruhigen und gemütlichen Ferienhaus. Für uns Optimal könnten ohne Trubel den 70 Geb. vom Schwager feiern und stressfrei ..trotz Pfingsten unsere Touren am Ammersee machen. Alles Prima und problemloser Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft. Es war soweit (fast) alles vorhanden. Vermisst haben wir eine Microwelle und eine Spielesammlung (für Regentage). Sehr gut fanden wir die Infos über die Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Alles in allem würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und wir würden diese wieder buchen.

Ein riesiges Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Ein toller Garten, wo Kinder sich austoben können. Sogar Handtücher und Bettwäsche war dabei. In der Küche- kein Wunsch blieb offen. WLAN für unser Teenie- perfekt😀. Alle Urlaubsziele sind innerhalb 1 bis 1,5 Stunden erreichbar. Einfach perfekt

Im Ort gibt es ein gutes italienisches Restaurant und einen Bäcker plus Metzger.

Die Übergabe/ Abgabe des Hauses war total unkompliziert per Schlüssel Safe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Haus ist geräumig und sehr praktisch eingerichtet- ideal für Hundebesitzer.

Alles in allem ein grosses Ferienhaus, das für uns passend war. Probleme konnten dem Vermieter nahegebracht werden. Punktabzug gibt es leider bei der Sauberkeit der Küche. Ansonsten in Ordnung.
