Pros: Our room was cleaned really well every day. The staff was very helpful and kind. The food in the cafe downstairs was delicious and reasonably priced. It felt safe. Noise was fine for us because we had a sound machine. The bed was comfortable. The location is excellent.
Cons: shower water pressure was so extremely weak. I am not sure what the daily resort fee was for. I wish it had covered replenishing water bottles- we received two on the first day but not daily. We brought chick fila into the lobby cafe area and they told us to move outside to the patio.
