The breakfast food was lovely and beautifully presented but the experience was spoiled by many of the staff who had no time for us and were often downright rude. "Our six-day stay at Meliá La Palma could not have been better. From the welcoming reception from the staff to every inch of the facilities, we enjoyed it very much. We opted to upgrade to "Level" status, and the perks that it provided were substantial and appreciated. Our room was on the top floor with a spectacular oceanfront view! Well worth the upgrade in our opinion."
