The spaces were beautifully designed—the pool, which we didn't get to try out because it was still a bit chilly. The breakfast was nothing short of fantastic; you could order eggs and coffee, and they paid attention to the small details as you sat at the table. The breakfast was amazing with lots of healthy options, fresh fruit, and lean proteins (plus specialty baked goods). Incredible value at a central location with the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever seen and a staff that’s somehow even better, Hotel Bastione makes me want to come back to Brindisi and tell my friends to come too."
