This was our 2nd time at this fabulous resort. The Signature Level is so worth the extra money. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurants and Buffet was so good and there were plenty of food choices. I would definitely go back a 3rd time!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Palladium hotel and spa resort. From the check in to the duration of our stay of 5 days to check out. We can’t fault it at all, the all exclusive package was absolutely amazing, food, drinks and ala carts menu. Facilities are fantastic and service was wonderful, special thank to Giovnni A at Change restaurant and Hanain from El Doeado restaurant for making our night and wonderful service. We will come again and definitely recommend. The hotel is beautiful with fantastic views and rooms were spacious and comfortable bed. Thank you for looking after us

Best stay I’ve had in Italy! The staff was super helpful and attentive. The rooms were spotless. The whole resort was spotless. The workers were constantly keeping veering up to date. The pool had a beautiful view of the valley of temple. There was a swim up bar at the pool. Loved the hotel and staff!
