Food was mediocre, typical resort food. Not buffet style so you have to ask for everything. Rooms below average design n vibe, it was giving dated. Not so family friendly regarding activities. Small lobby, nothing for kids to do outside of the swimming pool, making evenings challenging when pool is closed. Only 2 guest elevators for the whole property, long lines to get to and from the room. Location is okay, safe and about 15 minutes to central/malecon. Staff friendly after tips. Overall I’d say it was basic. Wouldn’t go back or recommend. Didn’t hate it just used to higher end experiences.
