"Great place and very clean. Any issues we had Sergio resounded quickly to fix any issues and offered many recommendations since we weren’t familiar with the area. There is a new condo building going up in front of this one so the view was 75% obstructed and it was a little noisy. Very safe area and had no issues while on property. Restaurants within a 15-20 min drive, get your groceries before as the store next door is pricey. Would book again :) "

"Wir haben hier wundervolle Tage verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber und wir konnten uns extrem gut erholen. Wir haben den Pool und die Terrasse, die von außen nicht einsehbar sind, sehr genossen. Außerdem konnten wir im Garten Leguane, Schmetterlinge und viele Vögel - auch die scharlachroten Aras beobachten, die sich von den Früchten der Palme im Garten ernährt haben. "The staff and employees truly made our experience exceptional. The company should recognize just how important its people are to the success of the business. Any time we had any major concerns (and we had a couple), it was addressed immediately, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. What stood out most was how committed they were to providing an outstanding guest experience. This included the housekeeping team, manager, bell staff, restaurant and bar personnel, pool staff, spa and massage team, as well as Mitchell, Adam, Marcus, Massiel, Roy, Tony, and other teams member. Everyone we interacted with was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on delivering excellent service.Because of the people who work here, we will absolutely return. They made a lasting impression and were the reason our stay was so enjoyable."

Los Suenos Marriott Ocean & Golf Resort

"We stayed at the Los Sueños Marriott as a family and overall were satisfied, particularly for the rate we paid. Our family room was large, spacious, clean and well maintained, with a generous balcony. The balcony is shared with the neighbouring room but divided by furniture. Our view was of the rear/service area of one of the restaurants, which wasn’t particularly attractive but didn’t bother us. The air conditioning appeared fixed and couldn’t be adjusted. The arrival experience could be improved. We arrived at 2pm but had to wait until the official 4pm check-in, which feels quite late compared with many hotels. We didn’t receive a welcome drink or particularly warm reception, and limited information about the resort was provided. It was largely a case of finding things yourself through the app. Our booking included $80 resort credit per night, which was welcome, although food and drink are expensive so it doesn’t go far. We were also disappointed that many offers were limited to Marriott Platinum members; a happy hour for all guests would be a nice addition. Complimentary activities were a real positive, including 30-minute self-guided paddleboarding and kayaking. The pools are large and spacious. It’s a huge resort and clearly caters for corporate events, but this didn’t affect us. We visited in the July rainy season and enjoyed how quiet the hotel was. Overall, not our favourite hotel in Costa Rica, but a comfortable stay and reasonable value for the price we paid."
