"Despite spending our first night in a room with dbl beds our reservation was fulfilled when the next day we were given the king bed as booked. Food was ehh most days for me (personally) in the buffet breakfast being my favorite, my husband enjoyed the buffet most of his visits. Striker Sports bar we found better food than captain Morgan’s. Grounds were beautiful. We really enjoyed the caribe Caribbean restaurant and Kyoto Japanese. Bed was a bit firm for our taste but overall enjoyed our stay. Liked the proximity to the mall and strikers sports lounge. Saw the Michael and Madonna shows both casts did a great job. We really like the water features all over the property."

"The best service, super friendly staff and amazing meals. Rooms were very comfortable and they have golf cart shuttles to drive you throughout the resort. Meals were all gourmet style for dinner at various restaurants, a beach front Mexican buffet as well as a daily buffet breakfast. Felt very safe there throughout our stay."

"Our stay was awesome, we enjoyed all the restaurants, the pools, beach, and lazy river. Snorkeling off the beach we saw cool fish and a couple of monkeys in the morning on the walking paths. Highly recommend booking through Expedia as the resort provided us with our own personal concierge. Alfred was very helpful with all our needs and made sure we got the most of all the resort had to offer. The spa benefit through booking with Expedia was an unexpected gift that was awesome and very refreshing."

"We had a wonderful stay at Grand Palladium White Sand. This was our second visit at Grand Palladium Riviera Maya, the first being at Grand Palladium Colonial in 2016, and we returned because we had such an excellent experience the first time. The entire staff deserves recognition for making our stay so enjoyable. The reception team, valet attendants, concierges, and restaurant and bar staff were all warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. The consistently excellent and thoughtful service throughout the resort made us feel genuinely well taken care of. A very special thank you to Erick, our personal concierge, who made our stay even more comfortable. He was attentive, responsive, and committed to making sure we had everything we needed. Beyond keeping us informed about daily activities, he took care of the little details that make such a difference: coordinating housekeeping around our schedule, personally bringing water to our room when we ran low, arranging restaurant reservations quickly and efficiently, and even delivering a special birthday treat. What truly stood out was Erick's support when my husband became ill. He went above and beyond to coordinate a special diet with room service and even stayed beyond his regular working hours to make sure everything was taken care of. His dedication, kindness, and personal attention made a difficult situation much easier for us, and we are incredibly grateful to him for his support. Thank you to the entire team!"
