This is our 2nd stay at this property and 3rd with this host. As expected the house was spotless. We like to cook some meals and the kitchen is well equipped. The house has all the comforts of home. The pool is also heated. We would definitely recommend staying here. Communication from this host is excellent!

Great vacation! House was awesome, had everything we needed. Really nice quiet and friendly neighborhood. Fished, walked, but mostly hung out and enjoyed the pool and outdoor living area. Host was very easy to work with and had no issues while at the property. Highly recommend staying here.

The house was absolutely beautiful—just like the photos, if not better. It came stocked with tons of thoughtful amenities: drinks, coffee, shampoo, fishing poles, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, and more. The kitchen had a huge variety of spices, and we were pleasantly surprised to find beer in the fridge!A lot of these extras seem to be left by previous guests, so definitely check out the house before buying supplies.Troy was incredibly responsive and kind, no matter the time of day. He even allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help.The neighborhood was peaceful, and we loved seeing tarpon right off the dock. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Amazing house & host

This house is beautiful inside & out, the location couldn't have been better (quiet, yet close to everything) and the communication with the host was fantastic! He readily answered any concerns we had. We were there when Hurricane Helene hit, and he let us know ahead of time the house was available for an extra day if needed, which it was. Would definitely recommend!
