This Port Charlotte fully furnished condo boasts 3 inviting bedrooms w/ 2.5 baths. With 1 king bed and 2 queen beds in the luxurious gated resort style community of Preserve at Charlotte Harbor. The location is truly amazing - just a few minutes walk to Sunseeker Resort with 20 world class restaurants and stunning Harbor views. It's easy walk from your condo or take a stroll across the highway 41 bridge a block away and enjoy many fabulous restaurants and shops, Fishmen's Village, the Conference Center and the farmers Market every Saturday voted one of the best in Florida, all in downtown Punta Gorda. The master bedrooms spacious and inviting with a door to the lanai, and the master bathroom offers double sink, separate tub and walk-in shower. The living room/dining room is gracious and comfortable and a great place relax or entertain family & friends.
