Your cozy retreat in Punta Gorda w/water views and access awaits. Light and bright open space- high ceilings. Full king primary w/high end mattress for night's rest. Plenty of built in custom cabinetry and 2 Addt'l sleeping areas up top. Outdoor bbq grill, firepit to entertain. The community amenities are SOOOO nice and NEW- enjoy a firepit, pickleball,Bocce Ball & Bags, and laundry facilities. PSSSSS..BEST kept secret of Punta Gorda......you are 45 min from 6 of the best beaches in Southwest Florida. Punta offer's shops, live music, and excellent restaurants. Must have background check for community requirement.
