The first room was not good (has a bad washroom smell). I asked the front desk for another room. Julio, the attendant at the moment, moved me to a different room, which was in much better condition. The breakfast was included (it was simple, the coffee was good, they didn't offered eggs) Location was great: 1 block from Playa Brava and 2 blocks from Gorlero ave. You get what you paid for. Overall, this hotel is a 2 start hotel in Punta Del Este.

Hotel bem lindo e cheiroso, ótima localização, perto de tudo, fizemos todos os passeios a pé. A recepcionista muitoo simpática e prestativa, conseguimos fazer o check in antes e nosso retorno estava marcado para depois do check out e pudemos deixar a mala na recepçao do hotel e seguir fazendo passeios até o horário que voltaríamos! Único ponto ruim é o café da manhã que tinha pouquíssimas coisas e o espaço também tem poucas mesas para sentar. Mas quando retornamos a PDE nós hospedaremos nele novamente

A piscina está fechada e a jacuzzi só pode uma hora de utilização por quarto, independente de quantas diárias, as demais se quiser é com hora marcada e US 10 a hora. O café da manhã somente pão de forma, margarina e doce, além de um pedacinho de bolo e um copo de suco de laranja. O serviço é terceirizado e a cafeteria, no hotel, aceita comprar outros itens.Leite somente frio. Para resumir, apenas o quarto e o atendimento da recepção eram perfeitos. Era melhor que dissessem que o o café fosse a parte.

La habitacion es aceptable, pero las fotos no son reales, baño viejo, habitación vieja, las toallas estaban bastante manchadas y parecian sucias, pero lo mas terrible fue el desayuno, tienen fotos de un desayuno tremendo, y el desayuno tenían en la realidad una bandeja con pan de molde y manteca, café y leche. Fin. Después un muchacho se acercó y nos ofreció ensalada de fruta (solo tenía manzana), y nos trajo dos mini rollitos de queso y dos de jamón. Esa era toda la oferta de desayuno que tenían. La verdad me parece bastante vergonzo que tengan fotos con fruta, waffles, cosas dulces, yogurt, jugos, etc.. y sea todo una mentira

A localização é ótima, mas apenas isso. Autorizaram o check in antes e o check out um pouco depois, mas o atendimento no geral é bem ruim. Tudo é cobrado a parte, café da manhã (que é bem ruim por sinal), cadeira e guarda sol, até a jacuzzi! E os valores são em dólares! 10 dólares por hora na jacuzzi!! Enfim, não vale muito a pena!

Péssimo é pouco

Péssima experiência, os atendentes nada simpático, a impressão que estavam nos fazendo um favor. O quarto muito pequeno dificuldade em abrir a mala, cama com colchão velho é ruim, roupa de cama mais ou menos. O banheiro sem comentários, além de pequeno me senti tomando banho de cano, pq só saia água no meio, Box pequeno demais. As folhas horríveis, nunca na minha vida me sequei em toalhas tão ruins, além do mau cheio ainda era velhas demais. Não forneceram tapete para o banheiro, mesmo depois de solicitado, papel higiênico de péssima qualidade. A café da manhã não está incluído na diária. A única coisa boa do hotel é a localização.
