The resort is beautiful and the staff are amazing! The only negative is the mediocre food. Best place was the Japanese restaurant. The breakfast buffet was not good either.

If you have kids with you the preferred status is not worth the extra money. If it’s just adults preferred could be worth it but I really don’t think I would upgrade again. The staff were really nice and helpful, some are a little grumpy but I’m not always happy at work either.
