"Our family had a great time during our stay here. The house is in a great location, the beach is beautiful, and it was quiet and relaxing. We had everything we needed, and the host was super communicative. I would definitely stay here again. The main house with the second house in the back makes it a great place for a couple of families to enjoy together. "

The only draw back is the entry onto the property is all dirt and a small down hill entry onto the property. I came on my Harley Davidson so the dirt hill that is not maintained was a slight challenge coming onto the property but other then that it was a great stay. "

"This is the perfect Punta Banda rental. Well furnished and nicely decorated. Great location right on the beach. We used the outdoor firepit one night (we brought our own wood, but there was also some there at the property). Plenty of extra pillows and blankets, if we needed them. It was nice having Netflix available so we could easily turn on a movie at the end of the night. "

"The area is run down and in poor condition. The property host did not communicate and left us sitting on the sidewalk looking for another place. The place wasnt ready for us and they tried to push our stay back a day so they could clean the place. It was a bad experience all together and we wnded up bokking another house elsewhere."
