"The wonderfully wide beachfront property sprinkled with pools and organically designed rooms and cabins nestled in the jungle still steal the show. While the rooms smell a bit moldy, the front desk is not well trained or responsive, and the beach/restaurant employees focus more on talking with themselves than the guests, it’s a wonderful experience."

"We loved our stay at Coco Unlimited. The place is beautiful and very relaxing, especially since we had the oceanfront room. The location is walkable to famous restaurants like Ilios, Vagalum, Casa Banana, etc. It’s also within walking distance of the Ven a Luz sculpture. The breakfast selection was good and the staff were awesome! Shoutout to Edith and Guillermo they were super accommodating and very helpful with our inquiries. If given the chance to go back to Tulum, we will definitely stay here again! "

"Wonderful and beautiful hotel, the rooms are very big, with balcony, there is a pool and they close it very late! So it’s very cool after a day of activities you can come back to enjoy the pool, the restaurant amazing! Juan is very nice and took a very good care of us, overall it’s a great place to stay at Tulum I would come back! "

"Wow where do I begin. From check in to Check out. I had a wonderful experience. My ocean front room … I have never had anything like it before… two words to describe this place : PEACE & TRANQUILITY. This was my first time doing a Solo trip and I couldn’t have picked a better place. (I was debating between here and Be tulum, so happy I chose this place !!) it’s a lot more private and intimate. Not only was the staff attentive but they also made me feel very safe. Being able to communicate via WhatsApp was a major plus. Response time any time of the day also impressive. To add on … the food on property … OMG BOTH restaurant and cafe .. *chefs kiss* the salmon dish (MUST TRY!!) and the French dip sandwich !!!!!! I cannot brag enough. Also must try, the date and banana toast at the Bi polar cafe !!! I could go on and on but I’m sure you get it. Last but not least, THANK YOU to Diego and Ricardo !! Who were both super amazing and there to help from check in to check out. As a solo female traveler it felt good to feel safe in a place I have never been. I appreciate it and can’t wait to return !!!"

"Alaya was so peaceful and wonderful. What better be to stay than on the beach. Food was great. Breakfast lunch and dinner options right on the property. Free pool access to Alquimia which was next door."

"Hotel Shibari is a wonderful place to stay in Tulum. It is very secure and safe, tranquil, and all of the staff are efficient, professional, and friendly. They had options to rent bikes and scooters, and had a nice restaurant along with room service."

"This place was just perfect for us. Great view of the ocean and pool. Nice breeze at night. Lovely grounds and walking every morning on the beach. Our favorite place for breakfast was at El Zebra next door. We snorkeled and dove at nearby Akumal. Great trip."
