We love going to Mia Reef but every evening there needs to be more of a variety of music played by DJ and not just Hispanic. We would have liked to have had a variety of american dance music to enjoy. Old and new

Roberto at the lobby bar, Mateo in the restaurant, and Jhonny at the pool bar were exceptional, and every single team member we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The staff’s warmth, attentiveness, and genuine friendliness transformed our stay into something truly special. The beach is breathtaking—pristine, serene, and perfect for relaxing or taking in the incredible views. Dining at the restaurants and the pool deck grill was a delight; every meal was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly presented. The arts and crafts team added a uniquely fun and memorable touch, allowing us to create our own souvenirs—what a wonderful way to take home a personal memento of our stay! The front desk team was always ready to help with anything we needed, and the greeting team set the perfect tone on arrival with cold towels and refreshing drinks—such a thoughtful and classy welcome. Every detail, from the gorgeous surroundings to the flawless service, made this an unforgettable experience. We left feeling completely spoiled and will absolutely be returning. This hotel is a true gem, and we cannot recommend it highly enough!
